Q. What is a power stone?
Genuine natural gemstones cherished for centuries. Each stone — formed deep within the earth over millennia — carries its own meaning and symbolism. At MICHIBIKI, we carefully select stones that resonate with Japanese sensibility through the lens of our cultural heritage.
Q. How do I choose the right stone for me?
Try our "Power Stones by Concern," "Divination × Power Stones," or "Five Elements Diagnosis" pages to find the stone you need now. Choosing the stone you are intuitively drawn to is also a wonderful encounter.
Q. How do I measure my bracelet size?
Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your wrist and add 1–2 cm to find your ideal length. We offer three sizes: S (15–16 cm), M (16–17 cm), L (17–18 cm). Custom sizing is also available — please feel free to inquire.
Care & Cleansing
Q. How should I cleanse my power stones?
There are many methods: moonlight, running water, crystal cluster, or sage smoke. We recommend a moonlight bath by your window on the night of the full moon, approximately once a month. Detailed care instructions are included with your order.
Q. What if my stone chips or breaks?
Traditionally, a chip or crack is said to mean the stone has "taken your place" or "fulfilled its purpose." With a feeling of gratitude, please cleanse it with running water or return it to the earth. Feel free to reach out when you are ready for a new stone.
Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long does shipping take?
We typically ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Domestic delivery within Japan takes 1–3 days after shipping. Custom orders require approximately 2–3 weeks.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by region and are calculated automatically at checkout — please review on the cart page.
Q. Can I receive a receipt?
Yes, receipts are available upon request. Please mention it in the order notes or contact us through our inquiry form after ordering.
Orders & Payment
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. QR code payments and convenience store payments will be added in the future.
Q. How long do custom orders take?
Approximately 2–3 weeks after consultation, depending on design, sizing, and stone combinations. Please reach out via the "CUSTOM ORDER" page for details.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange items?
Unused items may be returned within 7 days of arrival. For customer-initiated returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please note that custom orders and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
For damaged or defective items, please contact us through our inquiry form within 3 days of arrival. We will arrange an exchange or refund with shipping covered by us.
Gifts & Other
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — complimentary gift wrapping is available. We wrap your piece in a refined washi-style box tied with a braided cord ribbon. Please select "Gift Wrapping" as an option when placing your order.
Q. Can you include a message card?
Yes, complimentary message cards are available. Please write your message in the order notes. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, farewell gifts, and more.
